Another very exciting use is within aesthetic or cosmetic medicine, which includes the treatment of wrinkles, cellulite, body shaping, weight reduction, bust lifting, spider and other veins using the practice of Biomesotherapy, which is very new to Australians. As mentioned earlier, homotoxicology clears the lymphatic regions of the body of toxins, using specific homoeopathic products that have been clinically proven to speed up the rate of lymphatic flow from 2ml per minute to 10ml per minute. When we combine oral homoeopathic treatments with Biomesotherapy, we have amazing results in the treatment of cellulite and previously stubborn weight loss.

We are able to take advantage of the ability to detoxify and clear toxicity within the matrix tissue, regenerating clear and clean matrix fluid, also known as Cellulite Detoxification and Repair.

Cellulite is a complex matrix disease where collagen fibers “jam” the fat cells, elastic fibers seem to be broken, blood and lymph vessels blocked, and the matrix overloaded with toxins. Drainage of the toxins at this stage is not possible, and so blocked nerve fibers begin to send out pain signals, which can feel like a bruise when the congested lymphatic area is pressed. Over the course of 120 days, the lymphatic system, or matrix completely regenerates itself, so this is the period of time we look at to clear the system the first time.

Stress can play a major role in accumulation of toxicity in the lymphatic fluid, as raised cortisol levels, during stress, inhibits the body’s ability to detoxify. Your body goes through a phase of detoxification throughout the night as you sleep. During stressful times, the hormone cortisol is released by your adrenal glands to help you cope throughout the day. Cortisol should naturally drop at night time, so you can sleep deeply, though if it is too high in the day this does not happen. This may cause difficulty sleeping, or restless nights, but what it also does is prevent the detoxification process that is supposed to take place each night. Beginning your program with a consultation with Jodi will address these issues, helping to lower cortisol, and often getting you on the right type of diet before you start your biomesotherapy treatment. Holistic treatment strategies include metabolic cleansing with biomesotherapy and oral homoeopathic cleansing, change in diet, stress reduction, cupping treatments, alkalising of the body, increase in water consumption, antioxidant therapy, gut correction, and most importantly, exercise.

The treatments can take from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the area covered at each consultation. Administration of the treatments may be as frequent as 1 to 2 times per week.  Depending on the toxicity level, and the adherence to oral therapy, the treatments can vary from 5 to 10 visits in total over 5 to 10 weeks.

The results are long lasting, and may be permanent. To maintain a clear matrix a second cycle of treatment should be followed either every 6 or 12 months of just 4 weekly visits. Oral drainage therapy should be used in conjunction with biomesotherapy, and combined with a holistic healthy lifestyle including a detoxifying diet, exercise, nutrient supplementation, and water intake.

There are no negative side effects of the biomesotherapy, only detoxification, improvement of nutrient flow, and development of new cell growth through the underlying area. After the procedure, there may be some bruising at some injection sites, which may take a few days to clear.
